The agreement

By using Valdos, you agree to these terms. They're written in plain language on purpose. If something seems confusing, ask us.

What Valdos is

Valdos is a trust audit tool. You enter a website URL, and we analyze publicly available signals to produce a credibility score and report. Valdos is operated by an independent developer.

What Valdos is not

This is important:

• Not a legal verdict. A Valdos score is an informational signal, not a legal determination of fraud or legitimacy.
• Not financial advice. Don't make investment decisions based solely on a Valdos report.
• Not infallible. Signals can be misread, sites can change, and scoring models evolve. Always use your own judgment.

How you should use it

• Only scan websites you have a legitimate reason to evaluate.
• Don't use Valdos to harass, defame, or coordinate attacks against any website or its owners.
• Don't attempt to overload, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the service.

Your content

If you purchase a custom audit and provide information about your business or website, you grant us permission to use that information to perform the audit. We won't share it with third parties without your consent.

Paid services

Paid services (deep audits, bulk scanning, API access) are offered at published prices. All fees are stated clearly before purchase. If a paid service fails due to a technical error on our end, contact us for a refund or credit.

Limitation of liability

Valdos is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We're not liable for decisions made based on scan reports, including financial losses, reputational damage, or business outcomes. You use Valdos at your own discretion.

Changes to the service

We may update, change, or discontinue features over time. We'll do our best to communicate significant changes in advance. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
