Privacy Policy

The short version

When you scan a website with Valdos, we process the URL in real-time to generate a report. We don't store your scan queries. If you contact us, we keep your message to reply. That's it. No tracking, no selling, no profiles.

What we collect

  • Website scans: When you enter a URL for analysis, we fetch publicly available data about that site in real-time. The URL is not stored after the report is generated.
  • Contact form: If you reach out, we receive your name, email, and message. This is kept solely to respond to your inquiry.
  • Basic analytics: We use privacy-friendly analytics to understand aggregate traffic (page views, country). No personal profiles, no cross-site tracking.

What we don't do

  • We don't store your scan history or link it to your identity.
  • We don't sell, rent, or share your data with third parties.
  • We don't use advertising trackers or fingerprinting.
  • We don't require an account to use the free scan.

Cookies

Valdos uses minimal cookies — only for basic analytics and remembering your language preference. We do not use advertising cookies. If your browser blocks cookies, the scanner still works perfectly.

Paid services

If you purchase a paid audit or service, payment is processed by a third-party payment provider. We receive your email and payment confirmation, but we never see or store your full card details. Transaction records are kept for accounting and refund purposes.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold about you (such as contact form submissions). Email hi@valdos.xyz and we'll respond within 30 days.

Children's privacy

Valdos is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes to this policy

If we update this policy, we'll revise the date above. Material changes will be highlighted on the homepage.
